2025-2026 Local Control And Accountability Plan - Draft

The 2025-2026 Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) DRAFT and 2025-2026 Budget will be considered during the June 2nd Board of Trustees Meeting. The LCAP plan and Board Presentation can be accessed below. The public may provide input until the end of Thursday, June 5th, by emailing the Superintendent, Aida Glimme, at aglimme@ousdschools.org or by making public comment during the Board meeting. The Board will take action to approve the LCAP and the Budget during the June 9th meeting.

The 2024-2025 Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) & Annual Update was approved by the Board of Trustees at the June 10, 2024 Board Meeting.

The Orinda 2024-2027 LCAP Goals include required state priorities:

OUSD LCAP GOALS

Goal 1: Student Learning: Enhance student learning outcomes by implementing a differentiated, evidence-based curriculum tailored to meet the diverse needs and abilities of all students while supporting districtwide alignment in instructional practices to ensure educational equity across all grade and department levels.
Goal 2: School Climate and Social Emotional Support: Foster a nurturing educational environment that promotes wellness and social-emotional well-being for all students by embedding equity and inclusivity at the core of our student programs.
Goal 3: Highly Qualified Staff: Recruit and retain highly-qualified staff in an environment where educators feel valued and supported to excel in their roles, contributing to the overall excellence and dedication to student success.
Goal 4: Responsible Management of Resources: The district will ensure long-term fiscal stability and effectively manage facility needs.
