Regular Board of Trustees meetings are held on the second Monday of each month unless otherwise noted, and are held in the Orinda USD Board Room, at 8 Altarinda Rd., Orinda, CA, 94526. Open Session of the Board meeting begins at 6:00 pm. 

 

Regular Board meetings will be held in-person and webcast via a provided webcast link on the Board agenda. Special Board meetings will be held in-person. 

 

 

Regular Board Meeting Agendas are published at least 72 hours before a scheduled meeting. The agenda for special meetings shall be posted 24 hours prior to the start of the meeting. 

The Board of Trustees meetings are held in person, and members of the public are invited to participate by also attending the meeting in person. Members of the public unable to join in person are invited to watch or listen to the Board meeting through the courtesy webcast.

 

Members of the public wishing to address the Board of Trustees must do so in person at the location of the meeting. The public may address the Board during Public Comment on non-agenda items. The Board may listen to the comments from the speakers but can neither discuss nor take action on the issues presented by the public. 

 

Members of the public may provide their input during agendized items. Public comment on agendized items is usually taken after staff presentation and prior to the Board deliberation and discussion.
