Annual Candy ScrambleJoin us April 4th, 2026 at 10AM at the Lafayette Plaza Park for a family friendly event! There will be three scrambles for kids and adults! It's a great opportunitiy to get pictures with the bunny. Additionally, the Lafayette Police Department and Fire trucks will be parked nearby to say hi to the kids.

SPARK AthleticsSpring Classes and Summer Camps - Now Enrolling!
Spark Athletics offers high-energy cheer and tumbling classes and summer camps, designed to boost confidence, coordination, and athletic skills in a fun, supportive environment. Run, jump, cheer, and flip through the season, all while making new friends and building teamwork. Open to Pre-K through 5th Grade campers, with half-day and full-day options.

Annual Touch-a-Truck EventRegistration is open for the City of Orinda’s popular Touch-a-Truck event! This exciting event will take place on Saturday, April 11 at Wilder and is held rain or shine. This is a hands-on family event that offers children the opportunity to explore vehicles of all types, including public service, emergency, utility, and construction all in one location!
Any families with children ages 2.5 to 11 years old are welcome to attend, but this event is geared towards kids ages 3 to 6. This event is $12 per child, and registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. General event information (parking, check-in, etc.) will be emailed approximately one week ahead of the event to the main account holder. Please ensure the email address is up-to-date. Participants can explore a variety of vehicles during one of three scheduled sessions.
Advance registration is required, so be sure to sign up early to secure your preferred time slot. Berkely mini Math Tournament 2026Location: UC Berkeley Campus Date: Sunday, April 12, 2026 Berkeley mini Math Tournament is a math competition hosted for middle school and advanced elementary school students on the UC Berkeley campus once a year. Students compete in multiple rounds: individual round, team round, puzzle round, and relay round. 3/4 of the rounds are completed with a team, so it’s a great opportunity for students to work together. Beyond getting more comfortable with math and becoming better problem solvers, students love the UC Berkeley campus and our fun post-competition activities!

Splash into Spring with Yolo PoloAre you ready to test the water polo waters? Yolo Polo is relaunching our renowned Splashball program for elementary school-aged swimmers. Our spring sessions start this Sunday, April 5th in the late afternoons at the Soda Aquatic Center. Click here to register now... limited spots available.
For experienced middle-school water polo players, please join us for Friday Night Lights--a new water polo program based on an "Open Gym" concept. Our sessions prioritize play and fun over formal instruction. This will also be an opportunity for Yolo and non-Yolo athletes to enjoy the sport in a low-pressure, community-focused setting run by high school athletes.
