Certificated Substitute Rates
Invite all friends, family, and anyone you know to join the Orinda USD Family in a substitute capacity! Below you will find all the new rates. You can also click on the heading above for additional information.

Substitute Pay Rates:
  • $225 - Daily Rate 
  • $225 - Daily Rate for OUSD Retirees
  • $120 - Half-day Rate  (4 hours or less)
  • $280 - Long Term Daily Rate (5+ days) 
  • CRT2 Step 2 Daily Rate (Certificated Salary Schedule) - If assignment is for one semester or longer
 
Certificated Substitute Special Services Assistant Pay Rate: 
  • $115 - Daily Rate (full day)
  • $75 - Daily Rate (half day)
