Google Workspace
Overview
All OUSD students are assigned an orinda.k12.ca.us Google account. Google Workspace provides access to the following apps:
- Gmail (grades 4-8 only)
- Drive
- Docs
- Sheets
- Slides
Transferring Google Data for Outgoing Students
Google accounts for outgoing 8th-grade students will be deactivated on the first day of August of the following school year.
Students interested in retaining their OUSD Google files may either transfer their school data to a personal Google account or download a copy of their Google data. Here are the steps:
