Annual Data Confirmation

All Orinda Parents and Guardians must complete the Annual Data Confirmation Process.
Parents will use the OUSD Aeries Parent Portal to complete the process prior to the start of the new school year. 
 
Parent Data Confirmation is a feature of Aeries that allows parents to update student demographics, contacts, and medical conditions, view and agree to school policies, upload documents, and update authorization information.  
 
Here are the steps to access the OUSD Aeries Parent Portal:
  1. Navigate to the OUSD Aeries Parent Portal
  2. Log into Aeries: Parents will receive their login credentials in an email from Aeries once the Parent Portal is enabled. Note: Please check your spam filter if you did not receive the email from Aeries.
  3. Access Parent Data Confirmation: A banner message will display to parents on their home page if they have not completed the Data Confirmation process. The parent can also access Data Confirmation from the Student Info tab dropdown.
  4. Complete the forms: After the Parent clicks the link to continue the process, they are presented with a tabbed form to complete all of the required information.
